Product Manager (2x Positions)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/ Sales and Marketing, Information Technology
or in any related fields.
• At least 1 year experience in the position
• Good command of English
• Be pro-active, aggressive, and eager to learn new things.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• High Commitment and willing to take challenges.
• Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel.etc.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively provide best of breed solution and creative idea to satisfied customers need
• Provides product technical direction for the development, design and system integration for Client engagement from definition phase through implementation
• Be able to provides supports the sales and business development team during engagements by providing advice, solutions or proposals optimize to meet customer requirements
• Effectively execute department and section strategy and planning
• Build up knowledge bases for all technologies under your taking care
• Collaboration with business development division to research and build new solution or new ideas
• Daily partner visits at least 3-5 customers per day to generate new pipeline lead
• Make a pre-call plan with effective performance.
• Identify potential customers by industry.
• Provide real time market and competitors information in industry within the account to direct manager.
• Make the reports such as weekly sales, call plan, sales revenue, win-lost report, sales forecasted, and opportunities to direct manager.
• Ensure and well manage on customer relationship and account coverage.
