Sales Manager (SI) (1x Position)
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, IT and Marketing.
• At least 2year experience in filed ICT Product (Banking & MNC).
• Good command of English.
• Be pro-active, aggressive and eager to learn new things
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• High Commitment and willing to take challenges
• Computer literacy: Ms. Word, Ms. Excel…etc.
• Be committed to AWS’s Vision and Mission
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure achievement of sales target S.I Account.
• Make sales call with effective performance.
• Keep updating opportunities in weekly sales pipeline regularly to Head of Sales.
• Direct selling of company products, services and solutions and regularly update status of opportunities and customer environment.
• Make the sales reports such as weekly sales, call plan, sales revenue, win-lost report, sales forecasted, and opportunities to direct to Head of Sales.
• Ensure and well manage on customer relationship and handle S.I account coverage.
• Training and coaching to S.I Small account about selling skill, product knowledge and handle problem with customer.
• Provide timely feedback to management to support and close a potential opportunity.
• Adhere the company’s policies and procedures and ensure that the team is well communicated with these policies and procedures.
